Maple Pepper
This stuff is expensive, but you get what you pay for! I'm able to sell a few bags a month of these LB pieces at $27.99, mostly to hunters and fisherman. That allows me to eat my own profits every couple weeks when I get into a bag of the Maple Pepper jerky - my favorite jerky ever!

Camper and Hunters - Part 2
Not sure how many people actually read these but if you get alot of hunters and campers then you should consider doing a special display of these during peak times. We take an big picnic basket and fill it with these and Buffalo Bills other big bags of Premium Hickory - we sell them for $25 a bag. Campers and hunters buy the crap out of these. The picnic basket seems to work for us with a big sign.
