What is the minimum order?
Our website requires a $200 minimum order. If you are looking to purchase less than $200, our product line is available on Amazon. Click here to shop on Amazon.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer 4 volume discounts (based on the total dollar amount of your order). If your order is between $200 and $299, your profit will be 30% on all products. If you would like to increase your profit margin, please take advantage of our volume discounts.
     Orders over $300 receive 3% off the entire order - which increases your profit to 32.1%.
     Orders over $600 receive 6% off the entire order - which increases your profit to 34.2%.
     Orders over $900 receive 9% off the entire order - which increases your profit to 36.3%.
     Orders over $1,200 receive 12% off the entire order - which increases your profit to 38.4%.
Please note that if your order qualifies for a volume discount, your savings will automatically be deducted.

How much do you charge for shipping?
For customers located within the continental 48 states, shipping is free.
For customers located in Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping charge is 15% of your total order.

How will my order be shipped?
For customers located within the continental 48 states, your order will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service.
For customers located in Alaska or Hawaii, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (if your address is a residence) or
UPS Standard Ground Service (if your address is a business).

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped out within 2 business days from our shipping center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Please note that our shipping facility is closed on Mondays - orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.

When will my order arrive?
On the day we ship your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Once you receive this email, then refer to the chart below to determine your estimated delivery dates. Please remember, the "Days In Transit" do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
