LB pieces
For over a year now, we've been buying this stuff by the case to get bigger discounts. We break it up onto a food tray and sell it out of our deli case along with the lunch meats, salads etc and charge $7.99 for 1/4 LB. Looks homemade and people love it. Added the Maple Pepper a few months ago and just added the Beer Jerky with our last order. Will be picking up 12% discount now with $1200 orders. Jerky comes out of vacuum pack looking fresh and we going through a lot of it!

Campers and Hunters
Not sure how many people actually read these but if you get alot of hunters and campers then you should consider doing a special display of these during peak times. We take an big picnic basket and fill it with these and Buffalo Bills other big bags of Premium Maple Pepper - we sell them for $25 a bag. Campers and hunters buy the crap out of these. The picnic basket seems to work for us with a big sign.
